Kim Derrick Rozdeba has over three decades of branding, marketing, and corporate communications experience in the petroleum, airline, telecommunication, automotive, agriculture, and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, he is the Vice President of Communications, Public Affairs, Science and Sustainability at Bayer Inc. Canada. Derrick is passionate about building strong brands and is an avid writer on the topic. This is his first book on the subject. In addition, he enjoys reading, snowboarding, working out, and everything about food and wine. He resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with his wife, Brenda, and has three adult children.
